Full Deposit Refund up to 60 days prior to start date
Full Payment Due 60 days prior to rental start date, no refund after this payment
However, if you have to cancel within the 60 days prior to start date, an effort will be made to re-rent the time and if successful, we will reimburse any funds collected. Please note that depending on the cancellation date, we may not be able to rent this unit for the regular rate and may have to discount.
